9. 		Put the products inspected and packed to the sterilization device.
Heating.
Make the chamber vacuous.
Inject the E.O Gas to the chamber.
Sterilize for 8 hours.
Turn off the heating.
Discharge the E.O. Gas.
Make the chamber vacuous.
Supply air and take out the products
